What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us — usually your name, phone number, email, postcode, property details and any photos you upload.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange and carry out the work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Enquiry forms are processed by our website host (Netlify). If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
